Workshop:  Discover Your Write Path to Publishing Success

Description: What is publishing success? Not every writer strives to make the New York Times bestseller list. Your personal path to writing success is a unique discovery process. Join author Kim Jacobs as she shares path-points for writers just launching themselves into the writing and/or publishing world--and those writers who feel they are stalled in their careers. This session will provide an overview of 5 Path-Points: Your Write Path; Ideas & Creativity; Habits & Routines; Your Sweet Spot; and Your Publishing Paths.

Bio: Kim Jacobs often says she writes to silence the people in her head. Her personal Write Path consists of a 30-year body of work that includes both non-fiction and fiction titles. She writes under her own name (non-fiction) and pen names (fiction). She can claim dozens of  non-fiction articles and essays, hundreds of blog posts, a smattering of academic book chapters and briefs, nearly 50 fiction and non-fiction books, a handful of short stories, a cookbook, and a preschool curriculum as part of her published writing portfolio. (We'll not talk about the works-in-progress!)
